The butter market is firmer for choice Argentine. Siberian is neglected. 'To-day’s values arc: New Zcaland 20(1,s to 208 s, Australian 108 s to 200 s, Argentine 170 s to 184 s. Cheese is in good demand. New Zealand 110 s to 112 s. Meat is unchanged. HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The Department of Agriculture lias received the following cablegram from the High Commissioner for New Zealand at London : Butter.—New Zealand and Australian market ..firm with brisk demand in view of small arrivals and shipping delay.
