Wellington, Sept. 21. • In tlie House 10-night the Death Duties and Stamp Duties Amendment Bills were introduced by GovernorGeneral’s message. Replying to Alt T. K. Sidey, tlie Hon. W. Nosworthy said the Bills were intended to give effect to proposals outlined- in the’ Budget. The Bills.were read a second time pro forma and referred lo the Statute's Revision Committee.
