CAUGHT IN BELTING
YOUNG MAN’S D FAT IT A SHOCKING ACCIDENT Press Association. Wellington, Sept. 21.. An accident occurred at Niven’s foundry, Luke’s Lane, this morning, as a result of which Reginald Cook 20 years of age. lost his life. Cook went up to the rafters to replace ihe belt clone- of the lathes, and became caught in. the- belting, lie received terrible injuries. He was taken to the hospital at 0 o’clock and died two and n-half hours later.
