STATEMENT FUR JUNE
The new loans paid by the Public Trust Office during the month of June amounted to £~90.3->1 private mortgages, £170,801, and local bodies, £113,550. New loans were granted amounting to £270.397 11s (xl, private mortmumr- £91,300. and local bodies £179,097 11s oil.
Total loans granted, but Mot yet paid, amount to £1.001,88-1, and amounts offered being less than lull leans applied for amount to £207,090 —a- grand total ol £1.272,574. Further application for loans now aiwtiiig consideration amount to .£577,325. TI»o new business reported, during Die month has been unusually large estates of a total value of £499,<J3O having been accepted for .administration.
A further 547 will of living testators were deposited for sale custody, and Dio number ol wills so held is now 15,320. ..» - ''-'V
