Note'. —Gentleman riders must have certificates, sis emergency certificates cannot bo issued. . • Qualified inintors arc Lliose._ qualified in compliance with part 5 N.Z. Hunts’ Association, and the Master’s Certificate of Qualification must be produced at time of nomination. The winner of any race alter the' declaration of handicaps may bo reband icapped. In the event of the weather being, unfavourable, the Stewards reserve the right of postponing the" races; from time time, as they deem fit. All entries to be addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North, and to state name, sex, colour, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, names of the owner and trainer, and colours of the rider, and in the case of handicaps, the performances of the horse. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest opportunity.
