(Per Press Association.) Wellington. Aug. 21. The executive of the U.S.A. passed a resolution respecting a statement by the Minister of Lands that requests from Returned Soldiers' Associations to keep special concessions alive did not represent the general opinion of the men. The resolution states emphatically that the Minister has much tass opportunity of knowing the men's opinio* than the Associations, and reaffirms its view that the great bulk of the men desire the special concessions to be kept alive till justico have been clone to all returned men.
