N.B.—Entries by telegram or telephone must be confirmed in writing, and full particulars given at tho earliest opportunity, otherwiso a fine of 2 sovs. will be inflicted. ACCEPTANCES close for all First Day's Races and First Forfeits Oroiia Stakes (run second day), on Thursday, November 23, at 8.30 p.m. ACCEPTANCES for Second Day will close on evening of First Day's races at 9 p.m.

HANDICAPS for First Day will be declared on or about Thursday, November 16, 1922. For Second Day about 8.15 p.m. November 29. _ N.B.—The Committee reserve the right to alter the Dates of Entry, Acceptance, etc., prior to closing; also the dates on which Handicaps appear, should they deem it fit to do so.

RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be addressed tg the Secretary, Feilding Jockey Club, entrance money enclosed, with the name, ago,at time of entry, names of owner and trainer, pedigree, colours of the rider, and, in case of handicaps where horses havo not previously started on the Feilding course,' performances of tho horse. Entrance moneys to go to the funds of the Club. 2. Entrios by telegram must givo full particulars of the horse nud must be confirmed in writing at tho earliest possobile opportunity, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs. will be imposed. 3. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. 4. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary one half-hour before the official time of starting of tho race. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply witli this shall pay a fine, not exceeding 20 sovs., to the Race Fund. 5. All races to be run undor the N.Z. Rules of Racing, as adopted by the Racing Conference of New Zealand.
