EX-SOLICITOR'S APPEAL. (Per Press Association.; Wellington, April 28. The Appeal Court's decision in the application by F. B. Turner for readmission as a barrister and solictor, appellant having been struck off tho roll on account of his conviction for theft in 1914, was that it was not satisfied that appellant was a fit and proper person to be re-admitted, and that he must establish that he was fit to be trusted by the public, and this he had not done. The application was therefore refused, with costs, £l2 12s.
