Polish advices received in Paris state that the Reds have concentrated towards the Crimea, and are likely to become active in tho Caucasus rather than, against Poland. Domski, presiding at the plenary sitting of the Russo-Polish conference at Riga, emphasised Poland's intention to conclude a definite and stable peace. Joil'e, the Bolshevik, responded to this sentiment, adding that all misunderstandings regarding Poland's sincerity had now disappeared.
