The Councillor- of Kitchener (Ontario) who attempted lo restore the [name of the town to "Berlin,*' were ducked in a horse pond. Returned soldiers, beat, others .ensoiess, and compelled the remainder to kiss the Union Jack. They also wrecked the office of the newspaper which had published a j criticism of the Priuce of Wales.
