BAYZANTINE COLOURS HOISTED AT CONSTANTINOPLE. An Athens message says the Greek commander hoisted the Byzantine colours at tho Greek Patriarchuto at Const an tinope for the first time since 1453. Tho commander of tho Ottoman gendarmerie ordered them to be lowered, but the Patriarch refused.
