The Exports Council has decided to control exports of wheat and coal, in oitler to conserve American wheat. Endeavours are to bo made, to speed tlie transport of 200,000.000 bushels of Canadian wheat to the Allies and neutral nations.
Shins at American ports may be called upon to transport Australian wheat to America.
