THE MINISTERIAL TRAIN.
Tho special train convoying the Hon. W. F. Masgey and Sir Joseph Ward and their parly to Wellington passed through Feilding just before noon to-day. Tho train stopped for water, but neither of fho returned Minister appeared on tho platform.
