Tho monthly mooting of tho Kiwitea County Council will bo held on Friday next, at 7 p.m. A fairly good number of ladies mot in St. Paul's Hall yesterday afternoon to hoar Mrs Harrison Leo Cowio give- an address on "Social Dangers," which proved very interesting. Mrs P. W. Jones was in tho chair.
