The estate, which is 25 miles from Dannevirke, consists of 6000 acres, on which are five homesteads, completely equipped, and stock of 10,000 sheep and 600 cattle. A London syndicato invested £100,000 in oil boring on the property, but the work was temporarily suspended owing to the war.
