GET A GERMAN OBJECTION. ■.'•--■•. Athens, August 7. Out of the Bulgarian loan of 250,----000,000 francs, 60,000,000 will bo devoted to paying off the previous bonds, while 60,000,000 represents Bulgaria's indebtedness to France.This has been overtaken by the bank. The German Government is placing an embargo against the latter payment. Bulgaria receives the remainder in cash.
