It is understood that Mr E. F. Duthie has resigned his position as representative of employers on the Arbitration Court. A London cablegram says Colonel Charles Ryan, who is Convalescent after a severe illness from-dysentry, is returning to the Dardanelles at the earliest possible moment. Dr. James Boyd, Auckland, is about to leave for London to report himself at tho War Office for duty as a specialist in nervous and nienttal diseases among the soldiers back from the front.
