The- English Society of Friends has S9nt teams of workers into the country, particularly on the Marne anc portion of the Aisne, including doctors, nurses, sanitary experts,'and architects to help rebuild the houses, to feed and clothe and medically attend the peasants, and generally to agaiast the dangers to health arising from hasty burials on the battlefields. They will also lend agricultural implements. It is understood the So-c-ipty of Friends is prepared to spend a million pounds for this purpose.
