Eastern advices state that while charging General Moras' position in. the Phillipines, Captain Patrick McJSally, of the Phillipiue Scouts, and six Filipinos were killed, and three lieutenants and nineteen men woundi " .^ ora . 6 lla d repeatedly attacked the American camp at Tuglibi, and the despatch of a column was pursuant to the policy o,f disarmament. Ihe suppression of Moros and St. Jolo is now in progress.
