Sydney, Sept. 23. Recently a heated argument took place between Woolloomooloo and Paddington "pushes," respecting the merits of the two noted Australian footballers, Messenger and McKivat. The Paddington push, who supported McKivat. were worsted.
The police forestalled an intended resumption of hostilities by appearing in krge numbers at the expected scene of battle.
The Weapons of the ; belligerents comprised a bottle, gas piping, loaded "whips, dumbbells, and one revolver.
