Ihe other five excepted, but reserved the right to withdraw if anything arose prior to the departure of the team rendering such withdrawal necessary. Tho Board of Control insisted on definite and unqualified acceptance. Sid. Gregory Hazlitt, and McLaren (Brisbane) have been selected to replace lrumper, Armstrong, and Cotter ni the team for England. Ransiord's place will be filled tomorrow.
Carkeek now becomes first wicketkeeper in the place of Carter, and Webster, the South Australian, will probably be chosen as second wicketkeeper.
