LAST NIGHT'S FORECAST.
Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast states that present indications are for moderate southerly winds backing to westerly and northerly winds after about sixteen hours and increasing everywhere. The weather will probably be warmer .and fair for a short time, -but a storm area has developed to the westward and a change is probable after about sixteen hours, with a falling uarometer everywhere, especially in ithe South.
