The Repubßquo t'rancaise confirms the story of a Geneva paper that theFrench Premici - , Caillaux, attempted to bulldoze King 'Alfonso over Morocco. King Alfonso was informed by M. Caillaux that-there must be decisive action on the part of Spain, otherwise the Spanish dynasty might be , threatened. To this communication King Alfonso made the curt retort, ''Spain is not Portugal," and then informed Great Britain and other interested Powers, of the- incident.
