Mr James Allen says it is the clear duty of Premier Ward to call Parliament together immediately. Mr G. M. Thomson says that if the Premier attempts to fill the High Commissionership or appoint Legislative Councillors, tEo Governor should assert his prerogative and refuse his sanction.
