An entertainment iv aid of the prize fund of St. John's Sunday School was given in the Parish Hall last night, to a bumper house which grew more enthu.sias-iic as the programme advanced. The Roy. C. J. Smith presided, and in the interval presented the prizes." An excellent programme was given, including songs, choruses, recitations,' instrumental solos, etc.; chiefly by the pupils. The grand finale was a nigger minstrel "turn," in the hands of Mr 'A. E. Schwartz, which proved a hilarious success. Financially, tho concert was distinctly, good.
