AN IMPORTANT JUDGMENT.
A sitting of the , S.M. Court will take place in Feilding to-morrow. when it is expected Mr A. D. Thomson, S.M., will deliver his reserved judgment in tho ease, Hurst v. tho Feilding Borough Council. The juelgment will be an important one, as deciding the liability of tho local bodies' in certain circumstances.
