BY ELEOTBIC TELEGBAPH —COPTBISHT. (PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Mexico City, May 3. The armistice has been extended for five days, for peace negotiations. The Federals recaptured Opinaga, and the rebels are retreating. There is continuous .fighting at Honora. - Lives of foreigners are not considered safe in the interior of Mexico. Formal peace negotiations will begin at El Paso immediately.
