THE DANGEROUS HATPIN.
£400 DAMAGES AWARDED
BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAM —COPYRIGHT. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. (Received Alarch 17. 9.15 a.m.) Brussels, March 16. Tho Belgium Court has awarded £400 damages to a man who was blinded by a hatpin sticking into his eye in a tramcar. The lady who wore tlie hat and the tramcar company were each ordered to pay half the damages awarded.
