DOMINION MAKING ENQUIRIES. London, April 5. In pursuance of Sir Wilfrid Laurier's statement, Sir F. Brodeu, Minister of Marine, and two other Ministers are to proceed to England alter the prorogation of the Dominiou Parliament to confer with the Admiralty as to the creation of a Navy.
