A man was found at an early hour this morning stuck fast in a chimney in a barber's shop at Horsham. The chimney had to be pulled down in order to release the man. Ho was then arrested on a charge of breaking and entering the premises. The man stated that he had been put down the chimney, but he declined to disclose the names of his accomplices.
