February 10. Percy Walsh has been acquitted on the charge of conspiring against Lord Ashdown. The jury disagreed regarding the charge against his mother, who was liberated later on her own recognisances until the sitting of the next commission. BOULTER'S BLASPHEMY. (Received February 11, 8.48 a.m.) London, February 10. Harry Boulter, a tailor's cutter, was charged at the Old Bailey with blasphemy, and found guilty. The prisoner had made a practice of addressing . public meetings in conjunction with others, at Highbury Corner, Islington, and giving utterance,-to matter of a most blasphemous character. Mr Justice Phillimore, in convicting the accused, commented on the seriousness of the crime.. He gave, the prisoner an opportunity of signing a written affirmation that he regretted his: utterances and promised not to repeat them. Boulter was bound OTjer to come up for judgment when called upon, the Judge adding that such , cases would not be treated so leniently in future. UNEMPLOYED DEPUTATION..
