NEW ZEALAND RUGBY UNION. {per press association.! Wellington, June 13. At the meeting of the Management Committee of the N.Z. Rugby Union to-night the disqualifications imposed by Otago and Southland Unions were made general. In reply to Wellington Rugby Union's request for a ruling explaining under what conditions an individual might receive monetary consideration for services rendered to a football organisation and still retain his amateur status, it was decided to reply that monetary consideration may bo received by any such person without destroying his amateur status so long as he does not play football. .
