The sum of £18,523 was put through the machines against £15,---743 108 on concluding day last year. The total for present meeting amounted to £60.923, compared with £43.986 10s in 1906. The winning double to-day, Uenuku and Loch Fyne, returned £804 6s. Results: — Ladies' Bracelet— Rauparaha i, Stromness 2, Heary Havelock 3. Scratched: Franklin, Lady Phoebe, Lady Clements, Powhiri, Te Tamwha, Vizier, Dogger* Bank, Sabme. Rauparaha took charge at the distance, drawing out and winning easily by a length. Time, lmin 47 3-6secs. Divs, £2 10s and £9 11s. Tamaki Steeplechase.— Silicia 1, Mawhiti 2, Reporter 3. Scratched : Yolette. Won by a length. Time, 4min 42secs. Divs, £3 4s and 14s. York Welter.— Uenuku 1, Celtic 2, Loftus 3. Scratched: Lady Regal. Won by half a length. Time, lmin 43 4-6 sec. Divs, £64 10s and £1 9s. Winter Steeplechase— Loch Fyne 1, Khama 2, Waitarere 3.
