SPANISH CUTTER SEIZED.
[BY KLBCTBKJ TBLEGBAPH — COPTBIOHT.] [PBB PBBBB ASSGUUIiI*.] (Received February 22, 7.50 a.m.) Gibraltar, Thursday. A Spanish revenue cutter was seized by a Spanish felucca, anchored in British waters at Gibraltar, which removed her and all hands to Algeceiras. The master protested against being so roughly handled, and threatened to use his revolver.
