Dr. Evans, mental specialist, deposed that he agreed with Dr. Wagner's view that Thaw did not know lie was shooting White. He had examined the prisoner eight times and found he at first suffered from exaggerated ego. Gradually, however, liis mind had passed from the explosive condition to one of the greatest calmness and stability.
