Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright New Yobk, Jan 24. A mystery surrounds the blowing op of the Brazilian warship Aquid- ' aban. Those saved are unable to offer any explanation. The New York Herald states that the explosion was caused by a short Circuited electrical wire. Those on vessels lying near at hand heard a loud report and the Aquidaban seemed torn asunder and sank immediately without any outcry from the crew. Many of those aboard were asleep
