Taylor, Leader of the New Liberal Party, who was to have addressed a meeting of supporters in the Cbristchurch North electorate to-night, left for Wellington by the evening steamer, He states that be haa received an urgent message in connection with the vouoher affair which has made his presence in the House on Tuesday afternoon imperative. Messrs J. Hud tl eld and H. F. Toogood are coming out as Mew Liberals for Christchurcb. South and Christchurch East respectively.
