Herbert P; Heighway, postal messenger, was charged to-day, before Mr Kettle, SM., with stealing a postal packet containing valuable securities ; William Henry Johnston, messenger, was charged with secreting postal packets on February 10th and July 21st, while ex-messenger William Morrow Taylor, was charged with receiving stamps to the value of ten shillings, knowing them to be dishonestly obtained.
