BOERS STILL FIRE ON HOSPITALS.

General Hillyard made a sortie in the direction of Willow Grange. The health of tne besieged at Mafeking is being affected by living under ground. The Boers' entrenchment lines are drawing closer. The enemy maintains an incessant fire and continues to shell the hospitals, despite repeated protests. St. Petersburg, November 24 Dutch residents in Russia subscribed 55,000 roubles to send Russian doctors, nurses and 40 beds to the Transvaal.
