A.J.C. MEETING.
(Per Press Association) Sydney, September 8. Tho following acceptance* have been received for the A.J.C. Derby (run to-day) : — Overture, Mctford, Patriot, Clarion, Amberite. The following is the latest betting : — Epsom Handicap — 100 to 10 Survivor, Aurea, Devoted ; 100 to 8 The Chief ; 100 to 7 Phillip ; 100 to 6 Skylark. The Metropolitan Handicap was not touched. Amberite is a strong favorite for the Derby.
