Russian Influence in Corea Decreasing.
(Per Press Association). St. Petersburg, Sept. 9. The Novoe Vremya deplores the de creasing Russian influence in Corea, and states that the Japanese control Chemulpo, and have organised the police and are importing soldiers disguised as workmen .
