The Ruapehu Enquiry.
(Per Press Association) Wk'.lingtox, Jan. 10. In the Supreme Court to day a rule nisi was granted to show ca,u-,e why the judgment of the Nautical Court respecting the suspension st Captain Smart, of the Ruapehu, should not be quashed. Argument will be taken on Wednesday next.
