The long etnndinf? quarrel between the Elealy and Dillon factions of the Irish party is becoming acute. Iv tho House of Commons, on the motion of Sir W. V. Harcrout, the origi* nal Address- in- Reply was negatived, and a new ono substituted. Mr J. J Clany, mombor for Dublin North, taoyed a further amendment to the Address-in-Reply condemning the present .system of coercive administration iv Ireland, but the closure was applied by a majority of eighty-two rotes. Mr John Redmond, in an angry tone, d n mandei a division, which was rejected by a majority of 312 votes. Mr Dillon has triumphed over Mr Healy. the former bavins secured eight out of nine votes for the Irish Parliamentary Committee. ■ The Pamellites have convened a National Convention, to meet on April 3rd, to consider the future course of action in regard to the Home Rule question.
