ANOTHER BOMBARDMENT OF RIO DE JANEIRO. | Per Press Association. Rio de Janeiro, November 13. Admiral De Mello is preparing for another bombardment of the city. All the foreign residents are leaving for the interior, having been given 48 hours' notice of the intention of the rebel leader to bombard the city. November 14. Admiral De Gama, commander of the Government fleet, has joined the rebels, and will assume command of the naval operations against the city.
