TO THE EDITOR OF THIJ STAII. Sir— Will you kindly enlighten me on the following matter : If a company is formed, a directory appointed, and all the capital called up, who would be responsible for the liabilities of the company in case of its not having been registered under " The Companies' Act." I am, &c, Inquirer. Feilding, 16th February, 1892. [" The Companies Act, 1891," makes the Provisional Directors liable. You should consult a solicitor, — Ed. F.S.j
