FEILDING RAINFALL.

TO THK EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sir — The total rainfall in Feilding for the past year was 30-37 inches, as against 32.56 for the year 1890. The average rainfall for the eight years, 1883 to 1890 (both inclusive), was 37.46 inches, whereas the average for the past three yeas was 3092 only. By far the lowest rainfall we have had since I commenced my register in 1882 was 26-06 inches in 1885. . I am, &s., Samuel Goodbehere.
