(PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, November 22: The Manchester November Handicap was run to»day, with the following re suit : — Parlington, 1 ; ShalUwe-Kemem-ber, 2 ; Ringmaster, 3. "WELLINGTON BACES. YVellik&ton, November 21 Hurdles. — Spy 1, Lonehand 2, Jacob 3. Irgo and Sawdust also ran. Spy held a good position throughout and when once in the straight smothered his field and won easily by four lengths. Time 2min Sfsecs. Dividend £2 7s. November Handicap. — Cynisca 1, Frolic 2, Boulanger 8. Orator and Cruiser also ran. Cynisca got away well and maintained the lead to the finish winning easy by a length and a half Tims 2 mm. Dividend £3 ss. Petone Handicap, 5 furlongs — Boulanger I, Rebellion 2, Cyclone 3. Angler, Retina, Josephine and Box Iron also ran. This race was run twice, owing to the horses being started at the wron? post on the first eccasion. Boulanger on both occasions won easily. Dividend L 4 6s. Ben Bolt won tie hack race from six others and Vision and Selling Handicap from two others. Merlin won the Novel race from three others paying a dividend of L 9.
