Mr Peter Bartholomew offers ten shillings reward for the return of a black retriever pup. Tenders are invited by Mr Blair, Engineer- in -chief, for a section of the North Island Main Trunk Railway. A final notice is given to-day re outstanding accounts of Mr T. Hurst. Mr Macmillan advertises £50,000 to lend in sums of from £500 to £10,000, at from 5J per cent. Tender* for public works are invited by Mr Bray, the Engineer for the Kivitea Soad Board.
