Pattle, stationmaster, Feilding, 1 deposed he remembered January 5 ; "■"■* 3aw G. C. Richardson get into th* train when in motion. ' Fined 20s and costs 7s. DOG CASES: H. Rockell v. Heremiah. Mr Sandilands appeared for prosecution. A receipt was . produced hy defendant - showing the fee for registration had been paid since the Bumunons was issued. Mr Sandilands applied for costs and expenses. The Court dismissed the case owing to the fact of the receipt bearing datei -s before th© summons was issued. C. Roe v. E. A. Simpson. This case was adjourned at the request of plaintiffs solicitor, Mr Sandilands. BOROUGH BATBS. G. C. Hill t. S. Rowley.— Claim £1 0 1 3s 1 1 d. Judgment for plaintiff and costs 20s. debt cases. An application was here made for the case Roe v. Simpson to be re-in-stated, which the Court refused on theground that such a course would not be equity to defendant. This was all the business, and the Court adjourned to February 9. HALCOMBE R.M. COURT. (Before W. L. Bailey, Esq., and R. Linton, Esq., J- P s) Crabb v. Munro.— Claim £11 _s 6d. This case was disputed and adjourned until next court on the application of defendant. Same v. E. Gang©.— Claim £12 16s. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. Same v. Poad. — Adjourned to Feilding. Same v. W. Crawford.— Defendant to pay 80s per month. Pollensther v. R. Anderson. — No appearance. Case struck out. Police v. Larsen.— This was a case heard at the last sitting of the court, and judgment was reserved until this sitting. His Worship gave judgment that Mr Larsen was guilty of supplying the drink, and that he be fined 40s and costs, and to have the same endorsed on his license.
