The Jane Douglas was advertised to leave Foxton for Wellington last night, at 7 p.m. An addition has been made to Stevens and G-orton's catalogue of stock advertised for sale on Tuesday, 26th inst., at the Denbigh Sale Yards, Feilding. Mr Cottrell has just received a large consignment of fine groceries, &c, which he is now opening up, and of which further particulars will appear by advertisement in our next issue. In the meantime he offers a treat to his customers in the shape of 6 lbs of good white sugar and 1 lb of first class tea for 3s 6d. — Advt.
